What happens after I click "Book Now"?
The magic begins! Clicking “Book Now” reserves your spot for our discovery call—a personalized chat where Alex and Mileni will sit down with you to get a feel for your event’s vibe, fine-tune the dynamics, and tailor everything to your needs.
How do bookings and the payment policy work?
To secure your date on our calendar, a 50% non-refundable initial deposit is required, allowing us to hold your day exclusively. You can comfortably pay the remaining 50% up to 5 days before the big celebration.
How far in advance should I book?
What if I need to change the date or cancel?
We get that life happens! If you need to reschedule, you can request a date change up to 1 week before the event (subject to calendar availability). The 50% deposit guarantees your date reservation and is non-refundable.

How do you get guests excited and overcome camera shyness?
That’s our specialty! We break the ice with a relaxed conversation before turning on the cameras, asking fun and deep questions from behind the lens so talking feels natural, smooth, and pressure-free.
Are the questions pre-made, or do we create them together?
They are 100% custom-made! During our discovery call, we dream up the editorial direction together—from emotional anecdotes and party laughs to key testimonials and real experiences for a brand.
Should I have a selected guest list for recording?
For intimate events, it’s a great touch to identify those must-have people so we can capture their valuable messages. Either way, we love spontaneity and always welcome anyone who wants to leave a message!
How do you handle the vibe if someone drinks too much or misbehaves?
Logistics, Noise & Setup
How much space do you need, and what do you bring to the venue?
We take care of everything! We only need a comfortable 10×10 ft area and a nearby outlet. We bring our complete set of professional lights, cameras, and microphones to create the perfect setup station.
Does the setup take away time from my contracted service?
Not at all! We arrive 1.5 to 2 hours early to coordinate with your planner or venue, leaving everything ready without using a single second of your contracted recording time.
Do you coordinate directly with the venue or my event planner?
Yes, zero stress for you! We communicate directly with your event team to fine-tune arrival and logistics so you can focus solely on enjoying yourself.
How do you deal with noise and party music?
We record at strategic moments before the party peaks or conduct dynamic walk-ins. For festivals or large-scale events, we use noise-canceling technology microphones to capture crisp audio, perfectly balanced with the organic ambient sound that brings the video to life.
Does the service include travel anywhere in Puerto Rico?

In what format do you deliver the videos, and what can I do with them?
We deliver individual clips in vertical HD format, ready and optimized to share on Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. The footage and all usage rights are 100% yours to use however you like!
Can I include my brand logo or ask for special edits?
Of course! We can customize the videos with your company branding or prepare special collages to your liking (subject to additional fees based on complexity).
Do you deliver raw footage or only the edited videos?
We deliver a curated selection of the best moments, fully polished and edited. If you’d also like to have all the unedited (RAW) footage, we can evaluate that request for an additional fee.
Do you post my event's content on your social media channels?
We love spreading good vibes! We share and feature the sweetest and most emotional clips on our Instagram and TikTok to inspire the community with real stories.
What happens if I prefer my event content to stay private?
We respect your privacy 100%. Just let us know during our discovery call, and we’ll add a confidentiality clause to your contract with no problem at all.
Turnaround Times & Add-ons
How long does it take to receive the final material?
Typically on or before 10 business days. We will send you a direct link so you can download all your content in top quality, which will remain available for 60 days.
Do you offer express service if I need it super fast (Rush Fee)?
Yes! If you want them almost instantly, we offer express delivery starting from 24 hours via a rush fee (subject to availability and evaluated during the discovery call based on volume).
